New HomeSys SMS Program

The New HomeSys SMS Program, operated by New HomeSys, a DBA of Ctrl Shift Home LLC, delivers orientation messages that guide subscribers through important household systems and basic maintenance tasks during their first weeks in a home. Messages are part of the New Home Systems Text Updates and cover water shutoffs, electrical panels, HVAC filters, smoke alarms, appliances, outdoor faucets, and utility equipment, along with the checklist steps that go with each topic.

The program covers home systems orientation and maintenance content. It does not include quotes, sales calls, offers from other companies, service scheduling, or referrals.

• Account Notifications. Varies based on account activity.
• Marketing. Varies, generally up to 4 messages per month.

Each category is a separate consent. Choosing one does not enroll you in the other.

You join by checking the box for a specific message category on our subscribe page and submitting a valid mobile number. Boxes are never pre-checked, and a phone number alone is never treated as consent. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of this website.

Marketing: about 3 to 5 messages per week for the first 30 days, then up to 4 messages per month. Account notifications: occasional, only when they relate to your subscription.

Reply STOP to any message to end that program. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages for that program unless you opt in again.

You must be at least 18 years old, live in the United States, and be the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

We may update these SMS Terms. Changes to message categories or frequency will be posted here before they take effect.
