When you submit a subscription form we also record which SMS categories you selected, the date and time of consent, the page the consent came from, the version of the consent disclosure shown to you, your browser user agent, and, where available through our servers, your IP address.

Contact form submissions include your name, email address, subject, and message. We do not collect payment information on this website.

We use your information to send the content you asked for, to respond to written inquiries, to keep records of SMS consent and opt-out requests, and to maintain and improve the website.

Text messages are sent only to subscribers who checked a specific SMS consent box. The available categories are:

• Account Notifications. Varies based on account activity.
• Marketing. Varies, generally up to 4 messages per month.

We keep subscription and consent records for as long as you remain subscribed and afterward as needed to demonstrate that consent and opt-out requests were honored. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the inquiry.
